Blénessy Enikő was born in Gheorgheni in 1977 and graduated from the Faculty of Theatre and Film, Babeș-Bolyai University, Cluj, in 2002, program supervised by Hatházi András. She has worked since 1995 in various theatres such as: Figura Studio Theatre in Gheorgheni, Thalia Theatre in Kosice (Slovakia), Hungarian State Theatre "Csiky Gergely" Timișoara, "Radu Stanca" National Theatre Sibiu, German section. Since 2011 she is employed at the German State Theatre Timișoara.

She appears in performances such as A Midsummer Night's Dream after William Shakespeare as Squenz, Danube Destinies by Andrea Wolfer and Swantje Volkmann as Helga Tischler, Lysistrata 3.0 after Aristophanes as Kalonike, The Theatre by Pascal Rambert as Anne Marie, Nadirs by Herta Müller as Aunty, Sidy Thal by Thomas Perle & Clemens Bechtel in the title role.

She has worked with directors such as Tompa Gábor, Silviu Purcărete, Bocsárdi Lászlo, Szabó K. István, Paolo Magelli, Radu A. Nica, Niky Wolcz, Yuri Kordonski, Alexandru Dabija, Florin Vidamski, Vava Ștefănescu, Dragoș Galgoțiu, Kristóf Szabó, Niky Wolcz, Clemens Bechtel, Pascal Rambert. 

She has acted in three short films in Hungarian and has participated in several acting/theatre pedagogy workshops with Miklós Bács, Uray Péter, Vava Ștefănescu, David Essrig, Masahiro Yasuda, Kostas Amoiropoulos as instructors. Within the Interethnic Festival 2012 she won the prize for the leading role in Radu A. Nica's production of the play SEXes/AXes - The Furies & The Great War by Neil LaBute, and in 2006 the prize "Bocsárdi Angi Gabriella". Her greatest joy is acting and directing performances for children.
