Florin Fieroiu graduated from "Floria Capsali" Choreography High School in Bucharest and studied Choreography at the Bucharest National University of Arts and at "Duke University" in North Carolina. In 1996 he was awarded "Le Prix Individuel d'Interpretation" at the fifth edition of the International Choreographic Meeting in Paris. In 2008 he was laureate of the UNITER (Romanian Association of Theatre Artists) award for choreography in the performing arts. He is currently a professor at U.N.A.T.C. (Caragiale Academy of Theatrical Arts and Cinematography) Bucharest and an independent choreographer.
