The German State Theatre Timișoara is organizing an
AUDITION FOR CHILD ACTORS
for the musical performance THE JUNGLE BOOK, based on Rudyard Kipling. Directed and choreographed by Răzvan Mazilu.
Children are being sought for the following roles:
— Boys for the roles of Mowgli and Junior Elephant.
— Girls for the role of Shanti.
Requirements:
Children invited to audition will be asked to sing a song of their choice, either with a recorded instrumental backing track or with piano accompaniment, which will be provided by the theatre.

The selection of children will take place at the end of September 2025, on a date to be announced later.
Please note that the character Mowgli wears a pair of furry shorts on stage during the performance.
