The German State Theatre Timișoara is hiring, for a fixed-term position, pursuant to Government Ordinance no. 21/2007, with the possibility of contract extension:
- higher education completed with a bachelor’s degree;
- solid knowledge of labor legislation, including employment relations within the public sector (e.g. Labor Code, Framework Law no. 153/2017, Government Decisions no. 569/2017, no. 360/2018, no. 250/1992, no. 1336/2022, no. 295/2025);
- at least 3 years of professional experience relevant to the completed field of study;
- knowledge of an international language, preferably German or English.
- organizes, coordinates, manages, and supervises the activity of the Human Resources, Public Procurement and Administration Office staff;
- organizes and coordinates, together with department heads, the staff recruitment process;
- organizes and coordinates employee performance evaluations;
- monitors the implementation of legislation relevant to the office’s field of activity;
- drafts or, where applicable, endorses documents related to human resources, such as employment and salary decisions according to public sector wage legislation, individual employment contracts, suspension or termination decisions, disciplinary decisions, vacation scheduling documents, as well as other HR or office-related documents;
- prepares and updates monthly staffing records, timesheets, and other documents related to working time and salary entitlements;
- performs the legally required registrations in the General Register of Employees through the Reges-online platform;
- acts as the institution’s responsible person for submitting declarations of assets and interests through the E-DAI platform;
- drafts or, where applicable, endorses collaboration contracts concluded under the Civil Code or Law no. 8/1996 on copyright;
- ensures compliance with personal data protection legislation;
- prepares and reports human resources statistics requested by the National Institute of Statistics;
- participates in the activity of recruitment, examination, and promotion committees;
- proposes the procurement of cleaning materials, office supplies, maintenance materials, and renovation services for the institution’s premises;
- certifies the accuracy, regularity, and legality of procurements in the fields of human resources and administration;
- performs institutional duties related to the national anti-corruption strategy and the prevention of workplace harassment;
- ensures the implementation of the internal managerial control system within the office and drafts/endorses procedures related to its field of activity;
- oversees archiving activities and guides other departments regarding archiving regulations.
