Guidelines for audience conduct when attending German Theater performances.
The House Rules
We ask our audience to note the following:
Admission: Entrance to the theatre hall must occur 15 minutes before the start of the performance.
Groups larger than 15 people are asked to arrive at least 25 minutes before the start of the performance.
Access is not allowed after the start of
the performance.
Lateness: In case of lateness, tickets are not refundable.
Mobile phones and electronic devices: During the performance please turn off your mobile phones and electronic devices.
Behaviour: Please do not speak or make any noise during the performance.
Food and drink: The consumption of food and beverages is not permitted
in the theatre hall.
Photography, filming and audio recording: Photography, filming or audio recording of a performance is not permitted.
Emergencies: If you have any requests, please contact the ushers.
